Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 medium bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 4 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Toss all ingredients except chocolate chips into blender or food processor.
  3. Blend until smooth,
  4. Pour into a greased loaf pan.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.

Without chocolate chips:
