Easy And Creamy Mango Smoothie

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 to 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 4 cup plain Greek yogurt


Add mango, yogurt, and 1/2 cup of milk to blender. Blend starting on low speed and gradually increase to high. Add additional 1/2 cup of milk as needed to thin smoothie to desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
