Reminder: Flu and COVID Vaccines Available at CompuNet Locations

The 2022 flu vaccine and the newest Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 booster (bivalent, single dose shot) are now available at select CompuNet patient service centers. 

Insurance will be billed for the COVID vaccine and the flu vaccine. If the patient does not carry insurance, there will be no out-of-pocket cost to the patient for the COVID vaccine; however, there will be an out-of-pocket cost for the flu vaccine. The self-pay prices for the flu vaccine are $49.99 for – the regular dose (under age 65) or $94.99 – for the high dose (ages 65 and older).

CompuNet patient service centers ask that appointments are scheduled for vaccines. Appointments can be scheduled at www.compunetlab.com

  • Centerville: Miami Valley Hospital South CompuNet Patient Service Center, 2350 Miami Valley Drive
  • Dayton: Miami Valley Hospital, One Wyoming, Berry Building CompuNet Patient Service Center
  • Englewood/Dayton: Miami Valley Hospital North, 9000 N. Main St., CompuNet Patient Service Center,  Suite 303
  • Middletown: Atrium Medical Center, One Medical Center Drive, CompuNet Patient Service Center, inside AMC hospital – first floor
  • Troy: Upper Valley Medical Center, 3130 N. County Rd. 25A, CompuNet Patient Service Center, inside UVMC – first floor

Premier Health employees, please note: CompuNet patient service centers are not the locations holding Premier Health employee vaccine clinics. Employees should schedule their flu vaccine through one of the employee clinics rather than using a CompuNet location.
