CompuNet Expands Access with Additional Patient Service Centers

CompuNet is pleased to provide expanded patient access to lab services throughout the region.

Effective Monday, Dec. 23, CompuNet will begin operating from some former Premier Health lab collection locations. CompuNet will also open additional locations during November and December.

Open Now

  • Liberty Township - new CompuNet Patient Service Center within the Premier Health Liberty Family building, 6615 Cincinnati Dayton Road
  • Piqua - CompuNet has moved from West High Street to UVMC Outpatient Care Center North at 280 N. Looney Road
  • Huber Heights - CompuNet has moved from 8638 Old Troy Pike to Miami Valley Health Center, 6251 Miami Valley Way
  • Dayton - CompuNet Elizabeth Place will move from the Northwest Wing of Elizabeth Place to the renovated West Main Plaza within Elizabeth Place, Suite 190
  • Vandalia - CompuNet Vandalia moves from 900 S. Dixie Dr. to the new Premier Health building at 600 Aviator Court

Open December 23

  • Beavercreek - CompuNet moves from Commons Boulevard to new Premier Health building at 2400 Lakeview Drive
  • Middletown - new Patient Service Center opens at Atrium Medical Center, first floor (The CompuNet Middletown Breiel Blvd. Patient Service Center will remain open)
  • Troy - two new Patient Service Centers: first floor of Upper Valley Medical Center, and within the UVMC Outpatient Care Center South at 998 S. Dorset Road (The CompuNet Troy Patient Service Center on W. Main Street will remain open.)
  • Tipp City - new Patient Service Center opens at the Hyatt Center, 450 N. Hyatt St.
  • Versailles - new Patient Service Center opens at the Stillwater Family Care building, 471 Marker Road
