Expanding Toxicology Department For Community Safety

As of March 5, CompuNet’s toxicology department has expanded! Our goal is to better serve our community by providing comprehensive testing for illicit substances. This expansion includes bringing testing in-house to reduce the total turnaround time due to testing that we are currently sending to our reference lab. The department will cover a wide range of relevant substances, including:

Expanding our Toxicology Department is just one piece of CompuNet’s commitment to keeping our community safe, healthy, and informed.

Name Change To Lab Test

Effective this month, LAB6708 (Premier Prescription Drug Monitor w/Confirmation) now has its name changed to Prescription Drug Monitor w/Confirmation. No other changes have been made to the test order or results. This name change will be reflected in Preference Lists and Order Sets. If a provider has this test saved on their personal preference list but changed the display name for ease of use, it will not receive the updated name change. The word Premier will be listed as a synonym in the search function.
