Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Program (CORP)

Our intensive Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment Program (CORP) bridges the gap between your initial recovery and your return to active functioning. CORP is intended for patients following hospital discharge. The program is certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

CORP is designed for adolescents, adults and the elderly with neurological impairments, who can benefit from therapy that will maximize their independence. The programs aim to improve the functional abilities of persons affected by:

How Long Does the Program Last?

First our team assesses and designs a care plan that addresses your unique needs. Once the program ends, most participants receive follow-up support via phone for three months.
