As a health care system, we can't be in all places at all times. However, with our community partners, Blue Light funds are available to help build healthy communities. Quickly!

Premier Health's Blue Light funds are small, quick grants for local nonprofit organizations in need of funding for community health improvement and community-building activities. They are not for ongoing operations.

Blue Light Funds are designed to fund qualified requests from $500 to $7,500.

2019 Deadline Dates

All fund applications are due by 4 p.m. on the deadline date:

  • March 8
  • May 3
  • September 6
  • November 15

Applicants will be notified within three weeks if they will receive a grant.

The size and number of grant awards are directly related to the amount of money available each year.

How to Apply

Fill out the application and follow the directions for submission.

Organizations with an open Blue Light contribution or open Premier Health Discretionary contribution are not eligible to apply for a new contribution until the final report has been submitted and the funding is complete.

If a Blue Light contribution is denied, the organization may not apply for the same project again.
