Chelsea Polleys, CNP, joins Greenville Heart Care

GREENVILLE, Ohio (March 21, 2016) – Chelsea Polleys, CNP, has joined Greenville Heart Care, a Dayton Heart Center office. Ms. Polleys received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from University of Cincinnati   . She is an acute care nurse practitioner with an adult-gerontology focus.

Dayton Heart Center was founded in 1992 by nationally recognized cardiologist, C. David Joffe, MD. The practice includes 11 physicians and operates in four full-time locations throughout southwest Ohio. Ms. Polleys will be seeing patients at Greenville Heart Care. The practice – located at 742 Sweitzer Street – is a regional leader in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of heart disease.
