Fidelity Health Care Recognized Among Top Home Health Agencies Nationwide

DAYTON, Ohio (February 24, 2026) – Fidelity Health Care, a Premier Health service and one of Southwest Ohio’s most comprehensive home health providers, has earned a “High Performing” rating in the inaugural U.S. News & World Report Best Home Health evaluations, placing the organization among the top-performing home health agencies in the country.

Nearly 8,000 home health agencies across the U.S. were evaluated using quality measures and patient experience surveys from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Only 17% received the highest possible rating.

Since 1984, Fidelity Health Care has served residents of Southwest Ohio with a full complement of in-home clinical services, including skilled nursing; physical, occupational, speech, and respiratory therapy; home health aides; medical social workers; durable medical equipment; and remote patient monitoring.
