Construction Progress at Springmeade Health Center

TIPP CITY, Ohio (November 17, 2017) – SpringMeade Health Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is pleased to announce construction progress on the center’s expansion. In July, SpringMeade broke ground on a 12,000-square-foot-addition to its’ current facility. Completion is anticipated in the Spring of 2018, said Kristy Earick, SpringMeade Administrator.

The project includes construction of a state of the art therapy gym, new dining room and common spaces as well as private rehab entrance. “The expansion will add 15 short-term rehab suites to our existing 99-bed facility, providing more space for our patients who are undergoing rehabilitation prior to going back home,” Earick said. One of the new rehab suites will be equipped for bariatric patients.

SpringMeade is an affiliate of Premier Health and is located between Miami Valley Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018), Atrium Medical Center and Upper Valley Medical Center. SpringMeade Health Center offers both short-term rehab services and long-term care, including memory care, and accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance. If you are interested in learning more about SpringMeade, please call at 937-667-7500 or visit on the web at www.springmeadehealthcenter.comOff Site Icon.
