Dr. James was knowledgeable about my prior test results. He administered a cortisone injection (my first), taking time to explain the procedure. I am already feeling MUCH less pain. I should have done this sooner.

I recommended Dr James to my brother in-law, he also likes seeing Dr James.

Dr. James was very informative and straightforward, and laid out two paths of treatment for my needs. I appreciated him giving me all the information I needed in order to make an informed decision. The visit felt a little rushed and impersonal to me. While I appreciate time efficiency in seeing me and getting me back out the door, I felt a little like his attention wasn't completely on me and my health issue, but rather on getting out the door to the next patient. He was kind, courteous, and respectful in our conversation, and I appreciated his knowledge and expertise to speak to my questions.

Dr. James is a good listener, wants to hear what you have to say about the effects of the treatment!

Overall great experience. I was in and out very quickly with no real wait. I even had x-rays done and it was still fast. I left there with knowledge about what the issue was and a plan to help me!

All personnel were friendly and caring. Outside sidewalks had solid ice. Needed more Salt and no one in building knew where it was or who to call. Prime care notified their manager who was off site

I had the test results before the visit, so there was no need to tell me how to get them. The provider was clear, answered all of my questions, and was very efficient and did an excellent job with the procedure.

Physical therapy has a full schedule and I wasn't able to get scheduled until October.

Not much of a wait time, which was greatly appreciated and the doctor made me feel very relaxed and took his time and explained things to me, which was nice.

Receptionist showed up 15 minutes late piling up people in the waiting room. Not a good look.

This office is always amazing! Everyone is so nice and helpful. My son has been going here since his freshman year of high school and we have never had any issues at all. It's nice that they contact our athletic trainer and let her know what the plan is.
