The Northwest Health and Wellness Campus at Premier Health YMCA offers vital health care services, close to home for Northwest Dayton neighborhoods and nearby communities. The campus, which reimagines the former Good Samaritan Hospital site on Salem Avenue at Philadelphia Drive, is part of the Phoenix Next project, a 15-year community development initiative.

Premier Health offers these services at the Northwest Health and Wellness Campus:

• Miami Valley Hospital Urgent Care
• Physical Therapy Services (operated by Miami Valley Hospital), including comprehensive orthopedic care for injury and post-operative needs
• Diagnostic and Imaging Services (operated by Miami Valley Hospital)
  
• Lab services provided by Compunet Clinical Laboratories
  
• Bull Family Diabetes Center (satellite location) Opening soon.

The Premier Health YMCA, together with Premier Health, occupies most of the 52,000-square-foot facility,  which also houses services and programming of these four partnering organizations
