MyChart

MyChart^® is an electronic health record that offers you personalized and secure online access to portions of your medical records. By logging in from your computer or smart device, you are able track your health, schedule appointments, view test results, request medication refills, and more. MyChart is a free service offered to our patients, used by all practices of Premier Physician Network, all Premier Health hospitals, and our outpatient services locations.

Safe and Secure

We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure access codes, personal ID's, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Further, MyChart uses the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology with no caching to automatically encrypt your session with MyChart. Unlike conventional e-mail, all MyChart messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our website. Additionally, if you’re using the MyChart application, you will not be able to take any screenshots.
