Kyra Dorney, MA, AT

Kyra DorneyKyra Dorney earned her bachelor's degree in athletic training from Heidelberg University. She also completed a master’s degree in physical education with a concentration in sports management from Wright State University. Kyra enjoys the field of athletic training for its diversity. “It’s always fun, spontaneous, and you never do the same thing every day,” she said. Kyra, who began at Premier Health in 2016, enjoys sports, music, spending time outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Justin Perkins, AT

Justin PerkinsJustin Perkins earned his degree in athletic training and wellness and corporate fitness from Defiance College. He has worked as an athletic trainer at the high school level. Justin joined Premier Health in 2016. The personal goalsetting common in athletic training is what attracts Justin to the career. “I love being able to help a young adult reach his/her goals,” he said. Justin enjoys running – specifically track and field – as well as spending time with his family and Boston sports.

Don Delcamp, MD - Team physician

1609872027Dr. Delcamp is a board certified physician that has been with Premier Orthopedics since 1987. He earned his medical degree from Ohio State University and completed his orthopaedic residency at the Miami Valley Hospital.

Dr. Delcamp is a member of the Ohio State Medical Association, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Miami County Medical Society.

Jeffrey M. Rayborn, MD - Medical Director

Jeffrey M. Rayborn, MDDr. Jeffrey Rayborn is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his residency in family practice and his fellowship in sports medicine at Bethesda North Hospital. Dr. Rayborn joined Premier Orthopedics in 2009.

Dr. Rayborn's practice focuses on non-operative orthopedic care for adolescents and adults, and primary care sports medicine. Dr. Rayborn also employs the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound in the evaluation of orthopedic conditions, as well as in the placement of needles to support the aspiration or injection of joints such as the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. The use of musculoskeletal ultrasound has been shown to enhance patient management and outcomes in both general orthopedic and sports medicine populations. Dr. Rayborn also offers Platelet Rich Plasma Injections (PRP) when medically appropriate.

Dr. Rayborn is actively engaged in the sports medicine community. He currently serves as the medical director for the Center for Sports Medicine at Upper Valley Medical Center and is also the team physician at Tipp City High School. Dr. Rayborn is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. He maintains office hours at Miami Valley Hospital North in Englewood, the Hyatt Center in Tipp City, and the Family Health building in Greenville.

Dr. Rayborn is a Credentialed ImPACT® Consultant trained in treating concussions as well as administering and interpreting the ImPACT® test.

Thomas Zink, DO - Orthopedic Consultant

Thomas Zink, DO graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014, where he completed his residency in orthopedic surgery. Dr. Zink completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery and specializes in injuries to the shoulder and elbow. Dr. Zink also serves as a captain in the Ohio Army National Guard.
