Premier Health Family Care - Union Village, uses Electronic Medical Record (EMR), a confidential, web-based messaging system called MyChart that lets you review your medical record from home and communicate with our team through the secure Website.

Established patients are encouraged to sign up for Premier Health’s EMR called MyChart, which allows you to schedule appointments, check your current and past lab results and ask other medical questions.

We are accepting new patients of all ages and offer same-day appointments. We hope you join the Premier Health Family Care - Union Village family.

• Friday: 8 a.m. to Noon
