DAYTON, Ohio (August 3, 2018) – Heather M. Markwell, MD, is joining Premier Health Family Medicine, a practice of Premier Physician Network. Dr. Markwell received her medical degree from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Healthcare.
