After Hours Care is an Extension of Your Doctor’s Office

On a late Saturday morning, your dog gets out and you go chasing after him. In the process, you twist your ankle and it’s throbbing. After applying some ice, you realize the pain is not going away. Where should you go for a doctor to check out your ankle?

Your throat has been scratchy all day but not bad enough to go home. By the time you get home, have dinner and begin to unwind, you realize your throat is worse and you’re feeling kind of warm. You don’t really want to head to the Emergency Department. Is there another option?

After Hours Care provides prompt walk-in medical care for illness or minor injuries that may occur when physicians’ offices are closed.  Staffed by local physicians, it provides a convenient, cost-effective alternative to the hospital emergency department for non-life-threatening conditions.  Insurance co-payments are generally the same you would pay at your doctor’s office and often significantly less expensive than an urgent care facility.

After Hours Care is located at 31 Stanfield Rd., Suite 201, Troy -- just off I-75 and State Route 41.  Phone (937) 440-7788.  Hours are 5:00 - 9:00 pm Monday through Friday and 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.

User of Electronic Medical Records at After Hours Care allows the doctors there, and other Premier Health physicians, to have full access to your electronic medical records so your care can be coordinated with your primary care and other physicians in the network.
