Everything was very good.

Friendly staff, quick response in office. On time , I didn't have to wait long at all. Back in the winter when I had an sinus infection I was told we don't have time, go to an urgent care. That was disappointing. On the plus side the urgent care I went to was excellent and didn't cost me a dime !

I knew I was going to get blood drawn, so I fasted, but I was not told I had to fast, nor was I asked if I fasted. The number on the scale when the MA weighed me was different than the number listed in my test results in MyChart. I wonder why that is?

Dr Diller and the nurses at Brookville Family Care are the best I have had. Appointments are always available and no waiting. Even though they are not in my network they go out of their way to help schedule procedures that my insurance covers. Highly recommended.

My experience with Dr Andrew Diller is always amazing. He is a very knowledgeable and caring physician. He always listens to the patient and addresses our concerns. He explains things very well. He always sits down and makes us feel very relaxed and never acts like he is in a rush to get out of the room. All of his staff is always wonderful also. I can always get an appointment when I need it. I never have a long wait in the waiting room or the office. I have already had three family members switched to him as their primary physicians. He really is the best I've ever had.

I didn't know what to ask about my general health. I would hav e preferred a little guidance. I am very healthy and would like to know what to expect at my age and generally very acceptable good health. The doctor did very well considering some of my complications.

Been having spells of lightheaded and short of breath , but can't get an appointment at premier health for a cardiology test for 4 weeks????

Dr. Diller and the nursing staff are very professional and caring. The front office could use some training in their efficiency and seems like there is constant rotation in their staff.

They only issue I had was the the check in Receptionist needs to learn to say "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon" when clients are checking in. Not greeting the customer/client and being friendly is never a good way to start your visit.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Diller is a very knowledgeable physician with a great bed side manner. I have recommended other family members and friends to Dr. Diller. I have also met several other people that use Dr. Diller as their Primary Care Physician and have never heard anyone say anything even close to being negative about him.

Dr Diller is an excellent doctor. Always willing to listen and never pushy. This office does not overbook appointments so I'm always in and out quickly.

Receptionist was engaged in conversation with co-workers when we walked in. I walked up gave her Mom's name, and she continued to talk to co workers. Nothing was said to us..."Thank you, have a seat, we will be with you shortly..." It never happens here, so it struck me very wrong. Everyone else, the LPNand doc were wonderful.

Dr. Diller is so kind and understanding. He listens to what I have to say. He didn't get upset that some of my numbers were a little high. He just told me to watch what I eat.

I love this office, timely wait period, I never wait more than 5 or 10 minutes and the visit is always with a friendly staff and doctor.

The front desk and check out staff are terrible. The check out was closed, so I went to the front desk I stood there waiting a long time and they just sat there on their cell phones or avoid making eye contact. So I didn't make my follow up appointments or get my discharge paperwork I just left the office. I had to call and make my follow up appointments the next day on the phone, I told the staff member about this happening and she didn't comment - avoiding my statement.

Everything went well and I have my next appt scheduled

When checking out at the reception desk, the printer printed out 20 pages of information which I already have access to on My Chart... All single sided printed pages. After looking at the pages and determining they had no useful purpose, they went into my recycling bin. Surely PHP could come up with a way to save tons of paper per day which is wasted.
