- 3 cups spinach
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup of red onion
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by whisking the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, dash of salt and pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
