Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz bag of frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 420 degrees
  2. Toss frozen cauliflower in container with olive oil
  3. With a heavy hand, sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder until pieces are lightly coated
  4. Roast at 420 degrees for 25 minutes, no defrosting needed! 

Serving size is 1 cup.
