Easy Tortilla Pizza

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas, 8” (taco size)
  • 1/4 cup pizza (or marinara) sauce
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced veggies (bell peppers, onion, olives, spinach)
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed (optional)
  • Dried chili flakes, to taste (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Place tortillas, stacked, on perforated pizza pan (preferred) or baking sheet
  3. Spread pizza (or marinara) sauce on top tortilla evenly, leaving a border of about 1/2 inch without sauce
  4. Sprinkle fennel seed and chili flakes evenly over sauce, if desired. Top evenly with cheese, followed by veggies.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes
