Premier Health Breast Imaging Opens Internal Call Center

On April 22, 2025, Premier Health Breast Imaging launched an internal call center. Coordinating breast imaging can become quite complex, particularly when attempting to synchronize multiple modalities with the schedules of both the facility and the radiologists. The call center is dedicated to assisting both patients and health care providers with all scheduling needs related to diagnostic mammography and ultrasound breast imaging. Our aim is that the specialists within the breast center will be equipped with the necessary information and resources to facilitate a smooth scheduling process. Our partners at Central Scheduling will continue to schedule all routine annual screening mammograms for patients and health care providers.

The previous method for scheduling a diagnostic mammogram or breast ultrasound directed patients to Central Scheduling. The updated process for patients is as follows:

  • Please continue to call (937) 499-7364(937) 499-7364 and Press Option 1 for Scheduling
  • Press Option 1 again for Mammogram Scheduling
  • This will now play two prompts
    • Option 1 will be for screening mammograms and DEXA- Central Scheduling will continue to schedule all screening mammograms and DEXA exams.
    • Option 2 will be for diagnostic mammography (new breast issue complaints) and Breast US scheduling
  • Breast imaging call center hours are 7:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. Central Scheduling hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (mammo screening scheduling only)
  • For health care providers, please call (937) 208-0799(937) 208-0799 for direct access to breast imaging call center staff
