Does a midwife provide services beyond childbirth?

Midwives provide care for women throughout their lifespan from adolescence, young adulthood, middle adulthood, and even menopause. We provide routine gynecological care, family planning. As we get through menopause, symptom relief, medications. We are able to provide all the same medications that a physician can provide. Again, if complications arise or high-risk issues arise, we, again, are in partnership with physicians and can work to find the best course of care for you.
