MyChart Goes Mobile

You can use MyChart on a smart phone, there’s an app you can download and you can get into MyChart on your phones and iPads and Androids. You go to the Android or Apple App store and search on MyChart. Install the app then look for Premier Health in the directory. To access your information, you enter your user name and password, just like you would on a PC, and you’ll be able to get in and see your test results, your refills, and do everything you could normally do on My Chart.
