Are all patients that are going to have ACL surgery good candidates for the all inside technique?

Not all patients are appropriate candidates for an all inside procedure. There are still patients who come along, based on the individual concerns that they have, that might be best suited for a more traditional approach. Sometimes, it's their anatomy, smaller tendons, open growth plates, etc. We try to individualize our procedure. While this may be what we do the majority of currently, it's not the only ACL reconstruction we provide to our patients.
