How will my doctor know that I've been to an After Hours clinic?

When a patient is seen here at the After Hours Care, we send a letter to the patient's physician or if the patient's physician is on our computer system, which is called Epic, they are able to access it just like they would from their office, just by clicking on their computer.  So, either way, we try to, give feedback or to give information back to their primary care provider what we have done here.
