Dayton Street Medicine

Premier Health and Wright State University are proud to partner together to reach underserved patients in our community through Dayton Street Medicine. Every Thursday, Dayton Street Medicine (using the Premier Health Mobile Clinic) will be parked outside the Dayton Dream Center, a nonprofit outreach center on East Third Street in Dayton, bringing essential medical and behavioral health services directly to adults and children in our community.

Our primary goal is to meet patients where they are and bridge gaps in their health care. Designed to reduce barriers like transportation, lack of insurance, and limited access to primary care, the clinic focuses on serving unhoused and under-housed individuals, as well as those facing addiction or in recovery.
