Premier Primary Care and Walk-In Clinic - Salem Avenue provides both primary care and urgent care to the Dayton community and surrounding areas.

We treat a variety of different health conditions and provide many services, including:

• Annual wellness exams/physicals
• Adult immunizations, including for flu
• Blood draws
• Diagnostic testing
• Preventative care
• Acute care
• Chronic disease management
• School and sports physicals

Please note: Wellness visits with a primary care provider require a scheduled appointment, as walk-ins are not available for this type of visit. For urgent care needs, you are welcome to walk in or schedule an appointment at your convenience.
