Grilled Asparagus

This quick and easy grilled asparagus recipe is a heart healthy way to enjoy a favorite fresh summer treat. Read now.


  • 24 asparagus spears
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Mrs. Dash or other “no salt” seasoning


  1. Rinse asparagus and place on grill mat to prevent flames from reaching asparagus.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat.
  3. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash or similar seasoning of your choice.
  4. Place on medium grill for approximately 5 minutes, toss, then cook to desired texture, tossing every couple minutes.


Enjoy immediately or use leftovers cold in a salad.
