Cranberry Relish

Nothing says fall like cranberries. Enjoy this fruity relish with turkey and more. Taste the recipe now!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cranberries
  • 1/2 navel orange
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry or strawberry jam
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add jam of choice. Smear jam along the bottom of the bowl. Try to coat the bottom of the bowl evenly.
  2. Finely chop all cranberries or place in a food processor or blender with a pulse setting and pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Place finely chopped cranberries into the large mixing bowl with the jam.
  4. Slice half a navel orange in half and then into quarters. With peel still on, finely chop. Or place in food processor or blender with pulse setting and pulse until finely chopped.
  5. Place finely chopped orange into the large mixing bowl with cranberries and jam.
  6. Add sugar to mixture.
  7. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Try to get all pieces of cranberry and orange coated in sugar and jam.
  8. Let sit in fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight and enjoy. (Best if overnight).
