Self-Service Tool Now First, Best Option for Password Reset

The Customer Support Desk (CSD) is no longer supporting manual password resets unless attempts to use the self-service password reset tool, described below, are unsuccessful. New security measures require the CSD to visually authenticate caregivers calling in for manual password resets, so your best and first course of action is the self-service option.

Microsoft provides a Self-Service Password Reset tool (https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/) that is easy to use and effective.  If you need to reset your Premier Health network access password, visit the URL, above, enter your Premier Health e-mail address and the security code, and follow the steps to reset your password.
