Meet Miami Valley Hospital's New Associate CMO

Courtney Stroble, MD, FAAFP, recently joined the Premier Health physician leadership team as associate chief medical officer for the Miami Valley Hospital campuses. She brings extensive experience in clinical practice, graduate medical education, physician leadership, and community health to this important role.
Stroble brings extensive experience in clinical practice, graduate medical education, physician leadership, and community health. She most recently served as program director for the Soin Family Medicine Residency Program, where she maintained full accreditation and led the program to a 100% pass rate on the American Board of Family Medicine certification examination. She also strengthened the program's educational offerings by implementing a Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum.
In addition to her leadership in medical education, Stroble has served as primary care department chair at Soin Medical Center and held elected medical staff leadership positions. She has contributed to numerous committees focused on quality, patient experience, and clinical excellence, helping drive improvements across the organization.
A native to Tipp City, Ohio, Stroble earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton and her medical degree, with distinction, from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency through the Wright State Family Medicine Residency Program and is board certified in family medicine.
Stroble remains deeply committed to improving the health of the communities we serve. As medical director of Good Neighbor House, she helps expand access to care for underserved populations throughout the Dayton region.
As associate chief medical officer, Stroble will bring a collaborative leadership style, a strong commitment to quality and safety, and a passion for physician development. Her experience and dedication will help support our medical staff and advance our efforts to deliver exceptional care across the Miami Valley Hospital campuses.
