Fidelity Health Care Recognized Among Nation’s Top Home Health Agencies

Fidelity Health Care, a Premier Health service, has earned a “High Performing” rating in the inaugural Best Home Health evaluation by U.S. News & World Report — placing it among the top home health agencies nationwide.

Nearly 8,000 agencies were evaluated using quality measures and patient experience data from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Only 17% achieved the highest possible rating.

“This recognition reflects the dedication and clinical excellence of our nurses, therapists, aides, social workers, and support teams who deliver compassionate, specialized care in patients’ homes every day,” said Nick Lair, president of Fidelity Health Care.
