Fidelity Health Care Expands Orthopedic Bracing Services Across Premier Health

In December of 2025, Fidelity Health Care assumed responsibility for orthopedic bracing services previously managed by DonJoy at 17 Premier Health locations, including Premier Orthopedic offices, Hand Clinics, the Clinical Neuroscience Institute at Miami Valley Hospital, and Miami Valley Hospital Surgery Centers.

To ensure continuity of care, all existing DonJoy fitting staff transitioned to Fidelity, providing a seamless, no-disruption experience for both providers and patients. Clinical workflows, office operations, and service standards remain unchanged.

This transition positions orthopedic bracing as a new revenue stream for Fidelity Health Care while enhancing system integration, improving oversight of service delivery, and aligning bracing with Fidelity’s broader durable medical equipment and clinical support strategy.
