Fidelity Health Care Expands Audiology Services

Fidelity Health Care is pleased to welcome Stephanie Smith, MA, CCC-A, audiologist, as they expand access to comprehensive audiology services for patients across the region.

With this expansion, all primary care providers may now order hearing evaluations and hearing aids directly through Fidelity Health Care. A new Epic order will be released soon, allowing referrals for any patient and not limited to those receiving home care services. This improves care coordination and access for patients and referring providers. Audiology services are located at 8439 Yankee Street, Centerville, Ohio, 45458.

This addition also strengthens Premier Health’s Occupational Health services. Audiology offerings now include OSHA Hearing Conservation Program screenings for local employers, a service previously outsourced. Bringing these services in-house improves efficiency, enhances service delivery, and supports continued revenue growth while maintaining high clinical standards.
