Bringing Care Closer to Work: New Premier Community Health Clinic

In January, Premier Community Health opened an employer-based clinic on the Springboro High School campus. This clinic provides care to employees of Springboro City Schools, the City of Springboro, and the Springboro Foodbank, as well as their families. These employers have exclusive access to onboard their new hires, and the schools will use the clinic for sports physicals.  

Through this unique care model, Premier Health provides services without financial risk, while the employers and employees benefit from faster access to care. Two other municipalities are considering joining the partnership in 2025, which would spread the costs across five entities. Premier Community Health is exploring opportunities to establish additional clinics with other employers.
