African American Wellness Walk Sept. 12

The African American Wellness Walk returns for its 26th year on Saturday, Sept. 12, bringing the community together to celebrate health, wellness and connection.

This year's event is presented in partnership with the Miami Valley Urban League, strengthening efforts to support healthier communities and reach families where they live, work and worship.

Participants can choose to join the event virtually through Sept. 12 or attend the in-person walk at 8 a.m. at Island MetroPark in Dayton. Whether you walk, run or cheer on participants, the event offers an opportunity to support healthy lifestyles and community well-being.
