Parkinson’s Delay the Disease Wellness Program
If you have Parkinson’s disease, you may find this unique exercise program to be a life-changer, as many have described it. The program is based on evidence that indicates that structured exercise routines can retrain your mind and body to keep you in control.
In a friendly, comfortable environment you’ll practice doing exercises that focus on strength training and overcoming specific challenges of Parkinson’s. Reported results include the ability to:
- Move about with ease and confidence in a crowd
- Get out of bed or rise from a chair independently
- Improve handwriting
- Dress independently
- Diminish worry that stiffness, slow steps and other symptoms are obvious
- Regain a sense of moving with normality
