Premier Health Expands Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic Access

DAYTON, Ohio (March 24, 2026) – Premier Health is expanding fast, convenient orthopedic care across the Miami Valley with the opening of two new Premier Orthopedics Walk-In Clinics in Centerville and Troy. The openings strengthen Premier Health’s commitment to making specialty care more accessible.

The walk-in clinics give patients ages 12 and older immediate access to specialized care for injuries and bone, joint, and muscle pain with no appointment required. Patients are seen by the same specialty-trained orthopedic physician assistants who care for athletes from the University of Dayton, Wright State University, and many local high schools.

“Life gets complicated when you’re in pain,” said James Dunlap, vice president of the Orthopedic and Spine Institute at Premier Health. “Premier Health’s walk-in clinics are designed to remove barriers. Each clinic offers on-site X-rays and a clear follow-up treatment plan, helping busy individuals get answers and begin healing without delay.”

  • Muscle pain

The clinics welcome new patients, require no referral (unless required by the patient’s insurer), and accept most insurance plans. Patients already established with Premier Orthopedics may also use walk-in hours for follow-up needs when schedules are tight.
