Take a proactive approach to living a healthy lifestyle by participating in our health screening event. Premier Community Health will be offering flu shots, blood pressure, and a non-fasting screening that measures hemoglobin A1c. Screenings are available at no cost to community members. Available for anyone 18 years and older. Walk-ins only. No prior registration is needed. Join us today to make a difference in your overall health and well-being.
