Parkinson's Wellness Program - Lebanon, Countryside YMCA
Premier Health offers group exercise for individuals with Parkinson's Disease. Premier Health Parkinson's Wellness Program is as evidence-based fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson's Disease by optimizing their physical function and delaying the progression of the symptoms. This is a 6-week class, running July 20, 2026 - Aug 26, 2026. Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays.
