Parkinson's Wellness Program - Lebanon, Countryside YMCA
Premier Health offers group exercise for individuals with Parkinson's Disease. Premier Health Parkinson's Wellness Program is as evidence-based fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson's Disease by optimizing their physical function and delaying the progression of the symptoms. This is a 12-week class, running April 13, 2026 - July 1, 2026. Classes are on Mondays and Wednesdays. PLEASE NOTE: There will NOT be class on Memorial Day May 25,2026. Price is adjusted accordingly for 23 sessions, not 24.
