Parkinson's Strength Program
The Parkinson's Strength Program at Miami Valley Hospital North is a fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson's disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. The class focuses on muscle power, strength and endurance to help mitigate the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease.

Please park and enter at Lakeside Entrance located on backside of Miami Valley Hospital North. The Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine department will be to your left as you enter Lakeside Entrance. Staff will direct you to the Shad Bernard Sports Porch.
