Classes and Events

This natural childbirth class series is designed to help you prepare for unmedicated birth. Class meets on Tuesday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 21. You learn how to manage pain with breathing and movement, and ways your partner can support you, so you feel calm, prepared, and confident. Topics include: Introduction to Natural Childbirth Techniques, Pain in Childbirth, Planning for Birth, relaxation, Mindfulness Practice, Coping techniques, Personal stories of natural childbirth. Enrollment includes the birthing mother and one support person.
