My discharge papers said he addressed my PSA when in fact he didn't. Nor did he order PSA testing until I messaged him after my appt. I was a little confused by this.

Doctor and staff were respectful, quick and answered all my questions.

Dr Ravikumar is the best...

Had a 7:00 am appointment and the nurse took me in right away but I had to wait 25 minutes before the doctor came in.

The Provider is easily accessible and very good in understanding the problems and explaining the test results and action items to be taken.

I received a text message about the amount. I am happy to pay when a paper statement is provided.

Felt like things were rushed during the visit. None of the information that I gave them was on their file, even though I did it on the e-check in through my chart. Doctor did not check hardly anything on me like a normal doctor visit. Did not listen to heart, check certain vitals, etc. Every issue I brought up was met with, "you need to go see someone else for that, I don't do that" and never even took a look at it. Felt like it was a waste of time and just a way to get money from the insurance. I came to see a doctor to look at the issues, give their thoughts and if they truly could not help in that situation, at least take note and then point me in the right direction. Not just flat out say, I don't do that and not even look at me but spend 3/4 of the visit staring at a computer screen. Left there with nothing but frustration to be honest.. This is why I tend to not go to doctors unless it is an emergency because of how you get treated when it is not one.

Looking at my visit note and what actually happened at the visit were not even close. The fact that he is only in the office 3 days a week makes it difficult to schedule appointments.

As an elder patient, I feel comfort from a PCP who is very familiar with my state of health and I believe would be responsive to any sudden or unexpected change. Thank you for the level of care.

I really appreciate the office getting me in to see the doctor within 2 hours of calling to see him.

You are very lucky to have this doc in your system . He is VERY knowledgeable, takes time with you, and is very kind and caring. You could not ask for anything more from a physician. He also has an outstanding staff with very caring nurses!

UVFM has amazing staff!

Dr. Ravikumar praised me for losing the weight I did and my labs were good. Told me that " I made his day!" That was so nice to hear from him and encouraged me to keep it up and possibly discontinue my bp meds if I lost more weight. I'm glad I switched to him.

Great doc. Easy to talk to. You can tell he really cares.

I no more than got checked in and the nurse came and got me. After her procedure was no more than 5 minutes at the most when the doctor came in. I like that cause my time is valuable also. Been many times I've sat in the waiting room and in the procedure room half hour, forty five minutes after my scheduled appointment time before being seen. Thank you

The person I used to see left. I'm not sure that I will continue here. Maybe he was having an off day, but the doctor didn't seem to be too concerned. Mainly looked at computer. There wasn't much interaction.

My wife has now joined Premier. Always glad to go there and always the friendly staff saying hello, good to see you again. A great office.

I never knew the extent of what a failure my former Provider was until yesterday when I was seen by Dr. Ravikumar. ALL of my questions were answered. I was treated like I mattered and my health mattered. He had the BEST personality, very personable, thorough and knowledgeable. The staff members were very pleasant and cordial. I'm extremely thankful that I FINALLY found the help needed for my health care needs. I'm looking forward to the path of getting my health and life back.

The doctor seemed to kind of rush through the examination. He even missed checking out a sore spot I had elsewhere. I pointed it out, but it was missed anyway.
