Dr Harrington is a good doctor. I have not been getting better he told me to call maybe he would order a X-ray. Called have never heard from him. Waiting two days now. This needs to be addressed. I believe it is the staff.

This office has 3 days in which patients can call in at 8 am to try and get one of the slots they keep open for sick patients to get in to see the doctor that day. I was able to get an appointment to see Dr. Robert Harrington who I had never seen before. He was absolutely wonderful. He listened attentively to all of my symptoms and took action rather than just saying that it will just have to run its course. I am so appreciative of his empathy and professionalism and I will certainly ask for him again.

Dr. Robert listened carefully to my daughter's questions and needs; we were very happy with the consultation. He seems that he investigates on detail with the patient and make recommendations accordingly, not using or overprescribing medications if they are not needed.

Dr is great. I did have a problem with scheduling the appointment that I needed for a surgery. The communication from the support staff is definitely lacking. I had to call 3 times for someone to be able to tell me when my appointment was.

For the love of God STOP switching the front desk help and the MAs. How are they supposed to get to know you and you know them and build a trusting relationship.
