It is unfortunate that Kevin Baker is leaving the Vandalia office as I really like him. Prior to Kevin who I just saw for the third time I believe (once via Zoom), I saw the previous PA one time and then she left, and the doctor before that one time. Hopefully the next PA will not leave after only a few visits, it is hard to get a patient/doctor relationship when changes happen so often.

I rely on Kevin's complete knowledge and professionalism. In the first floor this bldg. had a Premier Health hospital. Kevin noted my high blood pressure so he called the hospital and advised them he was bringing me down and pushed me in a wheelchair there.

Not much it was over the telephone in about two minutes

I am pleased that the provider did not recommend unneeded tests or prescriptions.

Kevin is very understanding and explains things quite well. He genuinely cares about his patients. I'm sad he will be leaving and practicing only in beavercreek. I was treated very well by him and the staff.

Kevin is a great health care provider. Great communication, easy to talk to, explains things very clearly and he always has a positive energetic attitude.

This appt was a phone call. About 10 minutes after the call someone from the office called and said the Dr. would be moving his office to Beavercreek. The drive was farther than we wanted to travel. The next PA will be the third since I've been going there. Not happy!

After moving to the area, I needed to establish care with Rheumatology. The initial appt took a few months but it was worth the wait. Kevin Baker was an excellent practitioner. He explained everything very well and has a good plan for the future.

Dr Baker is very helpful with the treatment of my PSA. Their staff is very kind and curtious and have recommended them to a friend. I have no issues currently with getting appintments but for new patients very difficult to get it.

I'm fortunately doing very well so I don't need a lot, but they are always very good to me here and I appreciate them.

There was some confusion about the date of my appointment, I went a day early and the receptionist said the doctor is booked all day and I would have to get up and drive 45 minutes to come back the next day, so I did. Then told Dr. Baker what had happened, and he said she should have called him, and he would have fit me it and saved me another trip and drive and getting up at 6:30 AM and driving another 1.5 hours round trip.

Dr Baker is part of my health support team. I chose my healthcare plan because he was in this plan versus another. I have recommended him to several friends also seeking answers to their health woes. He has improved my quality of life with his care! Thank you soo much! Life, as you age, is tough enough; and without good, stable healthcare, each day is a huge challenge. He's helped find answers, get me on a better road, and has helped even most of my days out so I can get back to living my life not just surviving the days. I wish I'd been his patient years ago. I'm certain I would not have all the damage I have presently if I'd had him as my Rheumatologist years ago. There needs to be more caring people like him in the medical world!

The lady at the check in for Rheumatology was rude and snarky.

Kevin Baker was wonderful, he explained all my test results clearly , we discussed my options going forward. He gave me directions on what my next step should be and when I complete that step to mychart him and he would take care of the PA for my infusion . Also he told me the infusion clinic would call and schedule a date. He was very personable . Came out of my appointment with great info and ready to move forward . He and his staff are kind and friendly

The visit was not completed because of a gas leak and had to evacuate the building.

My original MD of rheumatology no longer practices, and he understood me and took time with me, APNP, Baker, was easy to talk to, and listened, and did not force medications on me, he let me make my own informed decision, but supported me in any way he could, I as a long term complicated patient appreciated that with much respect. I know it's hard in the medical field to hope that your doing what you know how to do effectively, listening, showing empathy, and compassion is #1, Trust will follow. Thank you NP, Baker for taking the time to HEAR ME!

Please listen to what your patients tell you esp regarding physical symptoms. Don't dismiss or explain away problems just to move on a little faster to the next patient. We would not come to the doctor if we didn't need help.

Front desk check in operator wasn't very friendly.. NP KEVIN BAKER didn't tell me he was going to schedule the Reclast infusion test and at the Miami Valley South hospital I received the call from the hospital the same day I was in this office. Which was good that I could get my appointment early

Great but it's my first experience and like to give the doctor at least 3 chances....but so far it's looking good.

I really appreciate the time he took to listen as well as explain my bloodwork. I had never been to a rheumatologist and he made me feel very at ease. He was very kind and easy to talk to.

Took 6 months to get in, the address they gave us needs updated it doesn't work on GPS takes you to a Dayton address, says doesn't exist in Beavercreek, tried calling on my way appointment was at 1 did not reach anyone till 10 till 1, lady was rude said we better be there by 1 , got there she was rude when we try to explain the situation. The MA was nice and apologetic, the NP was awesome. I work for Premier and was very disappointed with the front check in, that's not how we are to represent Premier.

Very friendly. Provided results of my tests via Mychart within 24 hours. No waiting to be seen upon arriving for my appointment. Doctors assistant very friendly and kind; never met a staff member at this office unkind or rude.

The scheduling system needs to be adjusted for bone density scans. Medicare will only allow a bone density scan once every 2 years. The system will not allow the provider to order the scan until the 2 years are up. Then there is about a 2 month wait to schedule the exam. This means there is a delay in getting important test results. This is a system failure, not the provider. When I need a mammogram the physician can order it months in advance. It just needs to be scheduled after the Medicare allowable date. Thanks for looking into this.
