No Cook Play Dough

Chid

Keep little hands busy with easy, no cook play dough you make at home. It’s budget-friendly, too. Try the recipe now!

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups flour, sifted
  • ½ cup salt
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 package unsweetened powdered drink mix, such as Kool-Aid
  • 1 cup almost boiling water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, oil, and drink mix.
  2. Add the cup of hot water. Mix well.
  3. Knead the mixture until it forms a soft dough.

Your play dough will be the scent and color of the drink mix you use.

Use the dough to make shapes, pretend food, models, or anything you can imagine. Hands may become tinted, but the color will wash off.

Store your play dough in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
