Kickstart 2024 with The Gift of Health

CompuNet’s Gift of Health promotion offers discounts on most CompuNet direct access tests, available for purchase without a physician’s order. The offer ends on March 31 at CompuNet patient service centers.

CompuNet and Premier Health employees currently receive the same Gift of Health discount on CompuNet’s direct tests year-round. Still, these discounts can be extended to friends and family for a limited time through this promotion.

Individuals may schedule an appointment, but walk-ins are also welcome. Payments are made at time of service by credit or debit card. Test results are available within a day or two through CompuNet’s online patient portal, My Labs Now.

CompuNet is strategically changing our Patient Service Centers' information delivery. Say goodbye to our traditional paper Location Guides as we introduce "Complete Connections - For All of Your Lab Testing Needs.” A streamlined card featuring direct links and QR codes. This card offers a guide to seamless health care interactions, and is a trusted source of accurate information for patients and providers.

What to Expect

  • Locations and Hours: Effortlessly find the nearest Patient Service Center information.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments online with our convenient booking system.
  • View Lab Results : Access lab results through My Labs Now.
  • CompuNet Contact Information: Contact us with questions or concerns using the provided contact details or find what you’re looking for on our website.

Convenience and well-being are among our top priorities for our patients and providers. Keep an eye out for "Complete Connections" cards, marking a significant step toward enhancing the lab testing experience and ensuring accurate information is readily available.

Hyatt Center Lab Services Relocates

The Hyatt Patient Service Center is relocating from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor of the same building on February 13. The new space will open on February 14th. The move to Suite 206 brings a larger waiting room and improved accessibility, positioned next to the building's entrance. This move reflects our dedication to meeting the growing needs of our patients, offering a more spacious and convenient environment. We look forward to welcoming you to the new Hyatt Patient Service Center.
