Tara Boehmer, APRN-CNP, AG-ACNP-BC received her Master of Science in Nursing, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN in 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, OH in 2009. She is certified as an adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has been a registered nurse since 2009. She brought eight years of experience as a burn unit and trauma unit nurse to her career as an advanced practice registered nurse.
